Irish Network Colorado has secured a booth area in that is double its usual size in the Cultural Village at the Colorado Irish Festival.
Why the extra space?
Because this year we’d like to expand on our “doing business the Celtic way” theme. We plan to showcase the wonderful range of businesses and services that our Irish Network Colorado members provide. Please allow us to feature YOUR business in this display, free of charge for INCO members.
We will display a set of ONE of your promotional pieces (pamphlet, flyer, coupon, etc.—no larger than 8.5 x 11) along with your business cards in clear acrylic holders.
In order to participate, you must let Tess Julian (email@example.com) or Kate Kelly (firstname.lastname@example.org) know no later than June 27 to reserve one of these flyer-and-business-card holders to be displayed in the INCO booth.
Participating individuals or businesses should bring their set of pamphlets and business cards to the INCO tent at the Colorado Irish Festival. It would be best to have your marketing materials in advance or close to the commencement of the festival, so that we can have everything set up and ready to go when the gates open. If that timing poses a problem for you, please let Tess or Kate know, and we’ll work something out.
INCO members, please also electronically send Tess or Kate your logo for inclusion on a banner we are designing for the booth—again, no later than June 27.
AND we need your help:
Please join the INCO community in staffing the booth. It is enormous fun to talk to the festival goers about INCO and to get to know our Irish-American community. And FREE ADMISSION to the festival comes with this volunteer opportunity!!
Please sign up for a shift by contacting Dermot Healy (email@example.com). He will give you some basic orientation and pair you with another INCO member (most likely a board member) for your time slot.
We can’t wait to see you at the Colorado Irish Festival in July!
